World Glaucoma Week (12-18 March)

Moorfields is supporting the Beat Invisible Glaucoma campaign for World Glaucoma Week (12-18 March).

Glaucoma is the leading cause of irreversible blindness worldwide. Approximately 500,000 people suffer from the condition in the UK, but due to the silent progression of the disease, up to 50 percent of affected people are not aware that they have it.

Throughout the week, we will be holding free events for patients, carers and the public to raise awareness about glaucoma. Our experts will be on hand to offer practical advice and answer any questions you might have about the condition.

Join us at any of the events listed below, and help us beat invisible glaucoma.

Monday 13 March, 2–5pm
